We play a vital role in Healthcare data retrieval, Audit, and analysis being a catalyst between Chart Retrieval and Chart Coding Audit/Review.  We verify the retrieved charts and eliminate all the field reviewer’s errors (Field Reviewer is a person who collects information from the physician’s office) and make sure the chart has no information irrelevant to that particular patient, which is “the most critical part” in any kind of Audit.  We also identify various kinds of reports in a Chart/Medical Record such as Progress Notes, Consultation Notes, Operative Notes, Demographics, etc., and notify appropriately on the Coversheet.  Doing this, we give a clear picture to the Coder/Reviewer of what and whereabouts, which in turn saves a lot of potential time and energy of the Coders/Reviewers.

QA team performs rigorous quality checks on all the Scanned/Faxed documents verified enabling us to deliver 100% accuracy at all times.

We also have an important role to play when it comes to present the abstracted data from the chart to the Client.  The Core Team has undergone extensive training in HEDIS technical specifications and proficiency test.
